Our Pet Policy

Pet Regulations: All Pets Allowed - Pets Upon Approval
Details: Our pet policy allows cats and dogs (maximum of two pets per apartment.) Prior to APPROVAL of your application, or before you acquire a pet, you must schedule a pet interview with management and provide management with a veterinarian certificate of health with the following information: name, breed, age, recent photo of pet, shots or vaccinations and spayed or neutered papers. ALL PETS MUST HAVE MANAGEMENT APPROVAL PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY. Our restricted breeds are: Akita, Bull Dog, Bloodhound, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Eskimo, Elkhound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Malamute, Mountain Dog, Mastiff, Newfoundland, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Shepherd, Sheepdog and Saint Bernard. An additional monthly rent of $50 per pet is required. A $500 refundable deposit is required for cats, $750 for dogs.
